I was born and raised in South Lake Tahoe, California, where I was introduced to the world of art at a very young age. Drawing, painting, and watching horror films would consume much of my childhood. In my early college years my passion for photography developed into an obsession for filmmaking, which continues to this day. In Spring of ’06 I graduated from San Diego State University with a B.S. in filmmaking. Since leaving school I have continued to hone my skills of visual storytelling in pursuit of a successful career as a feature film director and artist. Out of 15,000 submissions I was recently chosen by Steven Spielberg to represent one of the top 50 young emerging directors in the world. Currently I am working as a freelance filmmaker in Hollywood, Ca. and have just finished my first feature length script which I plan on directing in the near future.
